Literature Text
In the fairy forest,
there was a sprite
who'd dance and sing and laugh;
His voice would sweep
cobwebs away
and sweeten every heart.
And when the time came
between the stars and sun,
in time of diamonds and demons dark,
he'd bring me gifts of joy
and sadness, fear and hope,
yet still with breath unmark'd.
And when he'd end,
eyes bright and warm,
and speak his monologue's last,
lost in the fairytale
I'd break my lips,
and end my voice's fast:
"I would give you
all that you give
to me and my kindred men,
for we take from you and never think
of the empty hands and pockets,
or the effort you must spend.
"I would give you
all that you give,
to me and my kindred men:
the moon in a jar,
to light up your dreams
when the sun has no more to lend.
"I would give you
all that you give,
to me and my kindred men:
the dew that is scattered
o'er the carpeted woodland
to wet your lips again.
"I would give you
all that you give,
and so much more besides;
you are the sun
and the stars and the moon
that cause my demons to hide."

Your Guardian Demon
I’m not a knight in shining armor
No my armor is black and dented
I’m not the selfless martyr
No I’m just a little bit demented
My goal in life was just survival
Until your eyes I did see
And I felt a revival
That forced me to decree
I will make you smile
Whether you want to or not
And I will stop all that are hostile
So your pain can be forgot
This is just my way
I might be a bit rough
But like I said that day
I am evil, it is no bluff
So you can try to push me aside
But I will not falter
I will always provide
You’re much needed shelter
From all that you fear
And all that you hate
So don’t you worry my dea

How the Devil Cries
How does the devil cry?
Does he cry as silent as a mouse?
Or as loud as the thunders above?
How are his cries?
Are his cries like weeping violins?
Or are they like angry drums?
Or is it that he is the musician?
Does he weep in sorrow,
When he lost his perfection?
His wings, his glory?
His love, his stories?
Is he an instrument,
One that cries beautifully?
Or is he a musician,
Who plays the instruments?

Demon Inside
Will you love the demon
inside me? I know there is a darkness
in my soul that sinks down into the abyss,
and my heart beats callously.
I cannot pretend to be an angel,
I don't aspire for Sainthood,
I never have presumed that I was good,
and never sought to be better than this.
Will you tremble at the sight of me?
Revile within the truth of me,
do I repulse you so?
Or might you glimpse something
beyond all the insanity,
can you see past the nightmares
of my dreams?
Understand I am not seeking
to be saved, I don't want to be led
astray from my twisted path.
Don't come to me if you believe
you can purify my soul,
but I
